We will address the heavy loneliness that comes with carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs while neglecting your own. Here, you’ll not only heal and grow but also build a supportive community of people who truly see and understand you. We’ll navigate fears about leaving Christianity or exploring spirituality beyond traditional boundaries, and we’ll learn strategies for connecting with religious family members without fear or anger. Time Commitment:
Course duration: February 4th – April 22nd (Includes 2 extra weeks to accommodate life’s unpredictability)

Wednesdays 4–6 PM Central
Thursdays 12–2 PM Central
Fridays 10 AM–12 PM Central

Monthly 1:1 hypnosis or processing session: 1 hour
Weekly at-home work: Approximately 1–3 hours including reading, meditations, journal prompts, and reflection.
Most importantly, this work happens through living and embodying new ways between sessions.
